1. Do you charge by the hour or is it unlimited time?

We don’t believe in rushing your celebration. All of our packages include unlimited time — we stay until the last song, not when a clock runs out.

2. What’s included in every package?

Every couple gets:

  • Access to our online music planning portal (Vibo)

  • Professional sound system & wireless microphones

  • Full setup and teardown included

  • A polished, experienced DJ & MC (17+ years in Central Oregon weddings)

3. How does the deposit and payment schedule work?

We require a $1,000 deposit and signed contract to reserve your date. Final payment is due one week before the wedding, managed easily through our planning portal.

4. Do you cover both the ceremony and reception?

Yes. Depending on your package, we provide full ceremony coverage (music, wireless mics for vows) as well as reception music and MC services.

5. Can you handle multiple locations at our venue?

Absolutely. Most of our packages cover up to three locations — perfect if your ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception are in different spots.

6. What if we don’t know where to start with music?

That’s normal. Our Vibo portal makes it easy to share must-plays, do-not-plays, and vibe suggestions. We also schedule a planning call one month before your wedding to finalize details.

7. Do you provide lighting?

Yes. Our Signature Plus and Elite Experience packages include intelligent lighting and uplighting to transform your dance floor and venue atmosphere.

8. Will you also act as the MC?

Yes. Professional MC services are included, ensuring smooth transitions, clear announcements, and a natural flow from ceremony to grand exit.

9. How far in advance should we book?

Peak dates in Central Oregon book quickly — often 12–18 months out. We recommend reserving your date as soon as you have your venue secured.
